Melinda McLean – Senior Consultant

Melinda is an experienced Recruitment Consultant, and joined the team at HJB Bowdens in October 2003. Melinda has a 15 year involvement in the Recruitment and IT industries with 6 years experience as a Recruitment Consultant for Information Technology. With a background of ‘hands on’ technical experience as a Systems Administrator and IT Manager, she has solid knowledge of the IT industry and the vision of both the candidate and client.  Melinda is very professional and has great success with placing candidates in contract and permanent roles with government and corporate organisations.  Melinda holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree.

Martin Bryne – Consultant

Martin Byrne has joined recruitment consultancy, Hamilton James & Bruce as a Consultant in their Technology division, HJB Bowdens.  Mr Byrne has a background in infrastructure and professional services having held positions as an Engineer, Service Delivery Manager, Professional Service Manager, Project Manager and Recruitment Consultant.  Mr Byrne’s focus in his new role will be in the broader IT Infrastructure arena ranging from Support through to Senior Management roles.

Sandra Tainsh – Resourcer

Sandra Tainsh commenced with recruitment consultancy, Hamilton James & Bruce joining their established Technology division, HJB Bowdens.  Ms Tainsh has three years experience working in recruitment whilst living in Melbourne and has recently returned to Australia from the UK after thirteen years working in the media and entertainment industries. The core function of Ms Tainsh’s role as Resourcer will be to work closely with IT candidates to align their skills and job aspirations for both contract and permanent roles.
